He began his career in the real estate industry working in title insurance. Working in title was very beneficial. He works first hand with Realtors, lenders and escrow teams. This helped him gain a strong understanding of the home buying and refinancing process from multiple perspectives. He has a unique awareness of the need for clear, consistent communication and excellent service during a process with an abundance of moving parts.
As a loan officer, Evan has the opportunity to use that understanding while assisting his clients. His mantra is to provide clarity and solutions during the mortgage process, and to be an ongoing resource for the financial health of his people!
Outside the office Evan is a classic, outdoor loving Pacific Northwesterner (converted from Lake Tahoe originally). You know where to find him! He’ll be hiking with his dog Buoy, having a beer at my favorite neighborhood brewery Ancestry, or playing golf in the rain down at Westmoreland. Cheers!
