Ah the holidays, the time of year where it is even more acceptable to snuggle up in a comfy pair of pajamas for the whole day. If you are feeling a bit sick of your house and you want to get out to see some beautiful twinkling lights, this year we have some great ideas for you! The christmas ships parade is one of the best free things that you can do during the holidays. They run most nights and you can watch from any waterfront location! The parade is run exclusively by donations, so though the event is free, consider donating HERE!
Many other events had to be cancelled this year, but if these 3 events aren’t enough lights for you I would recommend driving through some of Portland’s neighborhoods! Ladd’s Addition, Irvington, and Portland Heights are great places to drive around! Let us know what you end up doing this year!
